You know how you would never eat a bowl of cereal without first dousing it in milk? And you also would never eat a salad without some kind of vinaigrette or dressing? A pasta without sauce? Well, over here at Ayoh, we believe you should never eat a sando without Sando Sauce. Our Sando Sauces start with ultra creamy mayo, and get packed with big flavor, big texture ingredients like pickles, spices, herbs, and vinegars to create a one-stop sauce for sandwich  slathering success.

Molly Baz is a mayo maniac, sauce champion, condiment connoisseur, sando seeker, acidity admirer, recipe developer, bestselling cookbook author, and weenie mother with a lifelong love of eating, feeding, and teaching other people how to cook. Ayoh is her first line of food products.

During the pandemic, Molly found herself, like all of us; stuck at home, making sandwiches and staving off boredom. She noticed she was spending an inordinate amount of time chopping herbs, dicing peppers, slicing pickles, and whisking aiolis, all in service of creating the perfect sando. No one’s got time for those types of shenanigans, so she decided to take matters into her own hands. Enter Ayoh: a one-stop shop for sandwich supremacy. A line of mayos that actually have something to say.
